Mary has over 18 years experience working in organisational development. Her background stems from both business and psychotherapeutic settings giving her a potent understanding of how people, teams and organisations work and how to unlock the performance potential at all three levels.
She has led change projects in companies such as BAA, Tesco and MTV, as well as large public organisations, supporting the cycle of change from initial diagnosis through implementation and evaluation.
Mary is particularly strong at working with senior leaders to develop business cultures that are proactive, customer focused and supportive of learning, growth and high performance. Her skill is in creating authentic relationships that provide the foundation for effective team alignment.
