Christopher Jones-Warner specialises in communication skills that build trust and create powerful relationships for wealth managers.
Through his workshops and coaching, Christopher teaches skills that establish rapport with clients and colleagues within client-facing and leadership teams. He reveals how subliminal and unconscious communication can prevent managers from being effective with the people around them.
He works with executive and leadership teams to develop the communication framework to draw them together as a cohesive force, enabling them to lead their organisations powerfully toward their visions.
He has been communicating financial information to investment firms and institutions since 1989 and regularly chairs City workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Christopher is a director of Playing Hamlet and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. As a member of the London Stock Exchange in 1989, he managed Quilter Goodison private clients before moving to Westminster lawyers, Bircham Dyson Bell in 1995 to set up and run their fund management operation as Director of Investment Management. He was also a director of the Association of Solicitors and Investment Managers.
As a Senior Adviser to the CISI, Christopher was responsible for compiling the syllabus content for the Institute's Masters in Wealth Management qualification. He now runs their successful "Mastering Communication with Colleagues and Clients" workshop series and is chairman of the CISI's Wealth Management Forum.
