Solution
- We initiated a qualitative 360 feedback process and debrief of the CEO’s overall impact and effectiveness, as viewed by his direct reports and peers.
- We created a coaching programme focused specifically on developing his leadership style. He became far more aware of his personal impact and of his team members as individuals. He modified how he communicated with them, and built effective relationships that improved his team’s performance.
